So what are the best exercises anyway? You wanna get big biceps? Gonna do some bicep curls and get massive? Nope I don't think so. Now don't get me wrong, the bicep curl has it's place. But not in an exercise program designed to get you bigger fast.
We've got to think about this. What are the best exercises to do if you want to gain muscle and put on some solid weight? Exercises that work out MORE than 1 muscle is better. The reason why is because we want to economize.
It takes about a 1 hours time (probably closer to 45 minutes) to warm up, workout and cool down before our body starts turning against itself. The last thing we want is our body burning muscle fibers for energy. So keep the workout short, and intense so we can get as much done as possible in this short time. What's the secret? Build Muscle Fast With Exercise

There are many wrong theories and notions regarding the methods to build muscle fast. One of them is the assumption that it is impossible for thin people to build muscle fast without using steroids. These days, many skinny people are incapable of putting on weight despite the large amount they eat.
Skinny people cannot always be blamed, however, since genes can have a lot to do with it. Genes can tell a body to use up lots more calories than others. But it is still possible under these conditions, to build muscle fast in a skinny person. The way most people would go about trying to gain weight is by consuming more food than is being burned up by the body. Even using this method, weight training should be incorporated in the plan in order to build muscle fast. The body will take in extra nutrients through weight training, and will increase levels of muscle mass and raise essential hormones.
