A rowing machine is one of the best fitness machines in the gym because it workouts the whole body all at the same time. A rowing machine workouts your abs, arms, chest, back and legs. Rowing is a low impact exercise that do not put stress the knees and ankles. Although your legs are in full motion when exercising on the rowing machine, your legs do not bang on hard surfaces therefore it is good for your knees. Many joggers and treadmill users have switched to using rowing machine as an alternative exercise.

There are many wrong theories and notions regarding the methods to build muscle fast. One of them is the assumption that it is impossible for thin people to build muscle fast without using steroids. These days, many skinny people are incapable of putting on weight despite the large amount they eat.
Skinny people cannot always be blamed, however, since genes can have a lot to do with it. Genes can tell a body to use up lots more calories than others. But it is still possible under these conditions, to build muscle fast in a skinny person. The way most people would go about trying to gain weight is by consuming more food than is being burned up by the body. Even using this method, weight training should be incorporated in the plan in order to build muscle fast. The body will take in extra nutrients through weight training, and will increase levels of muscle mass and raise essential hormones.
